- It’s the time of the extra virgin olive oil. Relax yourself on a small walk beside the olive grove, learning about the different quality of Sardinian olives, the traditional oil making process, the culinary uses and the health benefit of the “liquid gold”.

- After this experience, we will change scenario, reaching one of the most traditional farm of our territory. We will discover the traditional and modern cheese dairy, talking about the production of sa vhrue, ricotta and pecorino (sheep milk cheese) production and their healthy nutritional properties.

- At the end, enjoy another fantastic tasting of wine accompanied by the delicious cheese, salami and pane Carasau (local bread) produced by the farmers.

“Fun afternoon on a farm- See how they make cheese, meat and taste local wine”

”We were picked up very promptly from our hotel, and carefully driven across the hills and through the countryside. Cristina and Francesco were incredibly informative, friendly and knowledgeable about the history of Sardinia - They took us on a tour of the museum and also around on the farm. We had a good time. Fun thing to do with the kids”.
